Dates & locations for our Spring & Summer sketching outings are listed below, with meeting points. August dates yet to be confirmed. Dates are all on a Wednesday 2 - 4pm.

Spring Art Courses
@ Carrickvale Community Centre

Course A - Fee: £ 60. This two-day drawing/painting course focuses on working with an art model.
Tuesday 30th of April and Wednesday 1st of May
10 am - 4 pm (lunch 12:30 - 1:30 pm)

Day 1 Life drawing/painting
Day 2 Portrait drawing/painting
There is an option to study for Day 1 only or Day 2 only or for two half days (Tuesday and Wednesday mornings [Day 1 & 2 am] or Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons [Day 1 & 2 pm] or Tuesday morning and Wednesday afternoon [Day 1 am Day 2 pm] or Tuesday afternoon and Wednesday morning [Day 1 pm Day 2 am]). Course A day only - Fee: £ 30

Course B - Fee: £ 90. This is a three-day art course. It begins with drawing or painting media and works toward a study of the human form or portrait modelled in clay.
Monday 20th of May, Tues. 21st of May and Wed. 22nd of May
10 am - 4 pm (lunch 12:30 - 1:30 pm)

Day 1 Life drawing/painting (or portrait study from the life model)
Day 2 and 3 Portrait/figure modelling in clay
​
There is the option to study for Day 1 only - Fee: £ 30 or Day 2 and 3 only - Fee £ 60
(these can be combined with Course A options)
Courses A and B combined as a five-day course - Fee: £ 120.
(materials for the clay modelling are provided at an additional fee to be confirmed)
